Our Chartered Structural Engineers have gained years of surveying experience. We work with homeowners, architects, investors, and insurance companies to provide a range of structural inspections and reports.
Structural Engineers reports are often required when purchasing a new home, to support insurance claims, prior to commencing developments and to satisfy local authority planning requirements.
Examples of the surveys and inspections we offer are provided below:
Structural Engineers Report
Defect Specific Report
Certificate of Structural Adequacy
Pre-acquisition Structural Survey
Feasibility Reports
Building and Crack Monitoring
Expert Witness Reports
Class Q structural reports (e.g. to help obtain planning permission for a barn conversion under permitted development rights)
BRE 366 reports and statements (to justify the structural elements prior to the material change of use of a building)
We only allow Chartered Engineers who have achieved full membership with The Institution of Structural Engineers to carry out Structural Reports.
Our experienced administration team will guide you through the process from the first communication to completion, and our engineers are always on hand should you have any technical questions.
